It's funny how the two baths I've taken in the last two months is more than the last couple years. Either that means I'm more into relaxation and pampering myself or I haven't been feeling my best more and more often.
What are some of the ways you take care of yourself when you're not feeling well? For me, I usually ponder and over-think, and even ignore. So much that it builds up and one day I'll end up in the bathtub.
